In case you haven't seen our menu for this week, you should know that there's an extra-special feature to one of the pop-up's menu items this week.
Semlor, the Swedish cardamom buns that we'll be selling at this week's pop-up, are absolute THEATER.
We will prepare the semlor right before your eyes!
Each semla (the singular version of semlor, which has been baked and filled with almond paste before you get there) will receive a generous dollop of fresh Chantilly cream and then dusted with powdered sugar.
